It is right it is necessary to control the population. I'll be part of it. After my marriage, I won't increase the count. i'll go for adoption for an orphan child or go for a poor child. It is my universe, Whatever small thing i can do I'll do... I'll hand over it to my next generation. I won't do the mistakes done by my forefathers.

Sheila Dixit just meant that a government can reach out only to a certain extent....definitely that will never be a match to a Mass effort who are initiated with the right awareness. Its our individual responsibility to create the right condition to live....government, NGO's or anything for that matter is only a Support.

"It is not possible for the government to do ..." ... my dear lady Sheila Dixit ... it is time for the government to resign. This is called "giving excuses for dereliction of National Duty" shame on you people who are intent in hurling abuses and doing social engineering instead of doing the most important thing for which you were elected.. that is social responsibility and social duty!
