I am an IT professional, but never created a web site. [I work on the networking and support side.] I watched and read a bunch of reviews and this one hooked me into HostGator. I'm very happy. The site is for my wife's consulting business. I needed to do all the work to get her up and running, and she is now able to edit the site herself. Fantastic. The support has been excellent thus far. I've used phone, email and "chat". Hatchling account, used Sitebuilder to build it. Great stuff.
