There is no level of difficulty. I did that level of dance in third grade, NO JOKE. I'm sure most people have. Apparently you haven't seen the tap dances out there today. Yes, my partners and I at the Toronto school of dance work closely with the BDA in order to train world class dancers, however, Tap is a subject that they have no business teaching...

Sure they have their sloppy moves memorized and they have their limbs are set to flail to the beat of the techno modded "gangsta rap" chosen for this performance, however, look at their faces, they are dancing with their heads, not with their hearts...

We do exams in Tap from ISTD and go through Advanced Level 2. This dance is just for the show, and most normal people find a large production like this entertaining.

That entails dancing -TAP DANCING- on the top of flag poles in the windy downtown core.

You can sit on your untrained ass and complain, or you can reach for greatness...

Tapping is a genuine relevant art form that is only getting harmed by a continuing lack of skill that is afflicting modern dancers.

In the 30's people didn't need to have these large productions to enjoy tapping either, this "Y" generation scares the fuck out of me
