Unfortunately, I can't find any of Elisabeth Underground's music.

Perhaps it's because they are Finnish?

It's very new band and no-one really knows it even here so no wonder you weren't able to find it anywhere. There are two online stores which sell their newest cd which includes this song. I hadn't ever heard of them before I ordered but there was no problem with delivery. So they're very underground. :)
