dude, 86 was when chernobyl happened, Now all the high-level radiations gones down, (its stil lthere though) and its fairly safe to go into the city and surrounding city, they even have like, guides take people there, its pretty neat. Wish i could go. This is the city in CoD4 :D

i've just discovered prypiat. it's a sad and fascinating place. are poeple simply allowed to walk around this ghost city and how do they preserve what nature has done here since poeple are present?

Small trouristic groups with special permission come over there. One can also just drive there and bribe the guard. But I must say the one thing is to see the video and the other is to be there. Some people cant walk there because of horror.
