Hey guys. For those asking about members that still aren't found... I know exactly what you mean. From what I'm seeing right now there seem to be conflicts between the new FB privacy settings causing problems like this.

I don't have a clear solution yet but I am working on finding one and will share/update the video when I do.

Hey Rick, I got 1000+ members in lot of group I admin, I am unble to remove them using the methods you have described, I think its a bug for sure, but is there anything else we can do to remove people.

Hi Richard.

Thanks a LOT! This really helped. I had the same problems you describe. Facebook changes things all the time (not complaining here. I know it has to evolve but) and all the other answers I found were not current and the way I banned someone last time does not exist anymore. Again, not complaining just letting everyone know.

@jaysjob happy to help. I know what you mean btw, FB can be furiously irritating trying to keep up with all their "updates." One thing you can try is locating the member in a general search or clicking their profile name prior to deleting their posts and using the "block user" feature. I haven't tried that yet, just off the top of my head, it may be a solution to keep them out of your groups.

@RichardBravoTV Hey Richard. The other thing I noticed that drives me completely bonkers is that they "update" the mobile/iphone app version constantly. It's really a lot more difficult to perform the simplest tasks on the mobile version but I think that's for another conversation. Thanks again! Kind regards.
