I heard before that the engine was made by rover....but here it says the engine is cosworth.....is it the same engine used in the 70s in capri's the GAA cosworth engine...can anyone help...

@nidgybaby the head is cosworth the block is based on rover's V8 .... much the same as the gaa cosworth ...
after group b was band the engine went to TWR racing who developed it into a twin turbo.. later this engine was used in the jag xj220 :)
