Sambuca is the most delicious drink I have ever drinked yet. ;p But is it more delicious with coffee beans? Because I never tried with them before.

Zambuca is to be put in a small aperitif glass, place three coffee beans in the zambuca, and then light. extinguish and drink. Consume the beans if you wish. This is the Italian way....Salute

He fill the glass with sambuca, after sambuca got warmed in cognac glass, so then he move cognac glass over the glass where sambuca still fire, he put out fire and catch gas of sambuca to cognac glass :)
