Not sure if its, right, but here is my guess (maybe I'm being way too symbolic here). The white scenes, with the guy she kills, is her dream man, or perhaps her real perfect man. She has to kill him (not literally, but metaphorically) to accept what she has, which is the guy in the darker scenes. The other woman, in my opinion, is the woman she has to be either to please him, or to tolerate him.Like she's hiding her true self for her perfect man? I don't know; this is all speculative.

i think the point isnt that she kills him, its that she "stabbed him in the back" by sleeping with someone else (or two other people?) and now he is "dead" in her life because he left her. Then the rest of the song reflects her life without him after she realizes the mistake she made.

no... well close... its not a metaphore for her stabbing him in the back... she did something (not mentioned) that set him off, and he left her before the song/video started... he told her to move on, so she's NOW sleeping around to try to make the pain go away, and forget him, but its not working... and in the end she ends up metaphorically (or litterally) killing him to make her feel better, hence the smile... its kind of a stalker-ish "if i can't have you, nobody can" type of thought process

Hmm, I think I have a theory about the video. The guy in white is the one she loves and the song is about, but he broke up with her. So, she is dating the guy in black which is an ass and wants to sleep with more than just one girl. So, her "killing" mr. white sheets is showing how she feels. She is imagining herself with mr. white sheets, killing him because she is in pain and he caused it, but the reason why she is hurting is because she loves him so much. Hope that makes sense. :)
