This is likely one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in my life. Those "concerned neighbors" are heroes. It's nice to know that there are people like them who live amongst us, when we know there are people who would toss this dog to the road after abusing and torturing are here as well.
is she in pain? emotionally demoralized? I can see how amazing she is. I've never seen anything like it. But she looks so harmed and sad. Is she okay now? I hope so. Hopefully soon dog fighting will be punishable as a major felony.
