damn... that's some inferno he's got going. let's see you get that much flame from your stove at home. professional wok burners like that can put out over 200,000 btu. compare that to maybe 10,000 from a home stove, or 20,000 from a restaurant stove. that sh*t is smooooooooooooooooooooookin' hot!!!
Im going to Thailand for the first time and if this is what im going to see for street food i cant wait, the street food here in canada and the u.s is ok it'll make a terd, but look at this thats nuts he/they look like they enjoy making that food i cant wait this is going to change me:-)
anyone eating at McDs should be flogged. It is sad that eating out in the US has evolved in to this culture. Westerners have no clue how good street food and eating out is in Asia. As well as cheap. In China McDs is considered expensive. I think these fast food corporations have no business investing in corrupting these ancient cultures.
Very well analysed. But you have to admit, at least I will, one can not help the urge/craving for Maccers - and I ain't fat notwithstanding my youtube nickname.
if i'm right..this is pad thai "pratu phee" near the grand palace in bangkok well u can say this place is the best pad thai in bangkok i just had it 2 weeks ago ....price from 40-150 thai baht
dang this is making me hungry,i haven't eat lunch yet. Ok why do people keep insisting on spelling Phad Thai 'pad thai' are you going to eat some pad ? that must be good.
Phad/Phat/Pad is just a romanisation of "ผัด" which just means "to stir fry". I guess it's most commonly romanised as "Pad" although it's pronounced with a moderately soft "P" and ends with a sound halfway between "D" and "T". No-one's wrong, it's just that Thai doesn't romanise well :-D
Same applies to "G" and "K" in most cases, so "แกง" which is a general term for Thai currys can be romanised as "Gaeng", "Gang" or "Kaeng" etc.
I cook a mean Pad Thai. have been trying different ones all over Thailand over the past few years to perfect mine. but the best is "Thipsamai" in the video. my wife and i like haveing Pad Thai parties with lots of friends. Great fun cooking like that!
can you say 20 portions of pad thai in three and a half minutes?
