I wouldn't be surprised one tiny bit to hear the Rev has Morbid Angel's "Altars" and Entombed "Left Hand Path". The Rev has played PLENTY of shows with all kinds of metal bands. It's a joke, and it's a funny one.

I love rockabilly, and I;m also a huge death metal fan. There's really no point in the fans from each category bashing each other. We should all be united against the system anyway; the popularitous oligarchy that rules societal interaction.

Actually,the members of Mayhem did this with a band mate that killed himself.Euroneymous made a stew out of Dead's brain and gave necklaces that were made out of Dead's skull fragments to certain musicians.
