As long as the 360 version is not broken like the PS3 version of Bayonetta, then I don't mind the compressed audio and visuals. I just hope the bulk of the game is not all movies.

Kitase((producer guy)) stated that they made the graphics the same for both consoles. he said they had to build a diff. engine for the 360. the graphics for both consoles.. its stupid with all this fighting.

Why this could be posisble is that they told us that they wold fix the 360, PS3 version of EU and US, after Japanese version is done. so this mean they must discover this right away when they fixed the 360 version and than take action to delete data. since japanese version is final version. the only thing to fix is the laugnes. Did you guys the 360 version is kinda not rip :P the white egine was built to make the game kompatible to both consol :P

run good on the 360, im suprised because I thought the thing would only be capable running on the cell. But it looks fine, im pretty sure they could of utilized the 6 hardware threads on the 360 processor and its 2 Mb cache. Whats good is the 360 gpu decompresses textures on chip and decompresses MS's lossless audio format on chip. The versions probably wont look much different. The 360 version probably will look only slightly inferior. I wonder which one will run the highest fps?

shane, the ps3 is more powerful, but FFXIII was toned down in graphics for the 360. The developer of Final Fantasy 13 stated that a bit after the 360 version was announced.

All the developers have stated is that on the Xbox 360 version, audio and visuals will be compressed due to the size of the game and it being spread over multiple discs, which will very slightly lower the sound and graphical quality.

Surround sound will also not sound as good on the 360. The graphics won't actually be affected much due to the ps3 and 360 having similar graphics card, but compression is the biggest issue.

true dat yo. the 360 actually has a better graphics card according to the CEO of crytek (the guys behind crysis 2) but the ps3's cell assists in graphics allowing visuals achieved in uncharted and whatnot, but i doubt the graphics will be effected for this release. its just compression on 360 i'm worried about, i'll be getting this for my ps3 just due to the fact that its an FF game lol. its tradition to play it on playstation

SE just raped Final fantasy 13. They promise us they wont make PS3 version of FF13 lose quality.if the 360 ends with problem.

So by indirekt break our promise by saying they did this before the final version. I am pretty sure they did this under final version. They deleted a city, a big zoo, the main characters home and the base of the resistance. ...and yes, this is just "few of thing" they deleted.

well the graphics i can see the same of the ps3 .__., but the ps3 have more brightness, and the xbox 360 has a better finish in the graphs, and the ps3 looks a bit blur. but only you can see if you are a detail person (:

Yeah, this is REAL gameplay. As you can see, in battle it says LB on the left side of the screen, while in ps3 it says L1.

yes,im sure,just look at the statistics in the web,principally the jasper console.How i know if you are saying the true uh? but if you are doing it maybe your friends bought the Xenon, Zephir or Falcon V1 or V2 consoles. Seriously you can leave the Jasper more than 24 hours turn on and it doesn't over heat,but you have to buy the falcon v3 or jasper version ok?.Look at the statics and i would recommend you to don't leave your PS3 24 hours turn on,the dampness can damage the Bluray drive

@krismagix why my ps3 it doesn't damage the blu ray disc I always leave it 24/7 because I use it for remote play and while I'm downloading and it doesn't overheat or damage the blu ray, and my friend bought the xbox 360 it has the jasper chip and it's still gets rrod.

@andyswVids They don't, unfourtunately. Textures are very obviously downscaled (blurrier, lack of bumpmaps on some textures that the ps3 version has, etc.). The CG videos are also compressed and displayed at 720 instead of 1080. Some models are less complex.

Beyond that, yeah, they're identical, but so much of the appeal is the image! QQ

you can probably find some..and honestly speaking from e3 footage, ps3's look better, but it was made originally for the ps3 so it obviously should be..ff13 is uses about 50 gbs of the ps3's bluray disc, the 360 has to cut everything into about 8 gb discs to get the whole game
