I don't think its accurate, indigenous people are exactly the same as every race, white black, Asian, Arab and Italian. I know allot of different races and they all similar. some groups act tough and aggressive to people cause your attitude and impression, perception and your non-verbal communication is sending such a negative signals that anyone can pick it up and especially the person you are sending it to and somehow Australia found that its acceptable :S!
