Looks yummy!! Love it...I have been eating these types of bars..similar to what you make and they are so good..Hey, how is your running coming? Are you counting down the days to your race and a trip to the states? It's coming up isn't it? How fun!!! Hugs to you...
I adore homemade granola - it can be made with extra virgin olive oil instead of peanut butter and tastes delicious. Thanks for the recipe - definitely going to try it with hazelnuts!!
I'm so excited to try this recipe with my two little boys we love granola in our Greek yogurt! Do you put any oil in the pan so the granola doesn't stick?
Yum, homemade granola is soo delicious! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe, Liz! :) And yay for going on your second 10 mile run..thats awesome! :)
Oh and, I've been trying to comment on your blog but cant for some reason.. there no link to where I can leave a comment..
I prefer the previous camera angle. I don't like how everything is so dark. :( I've been wanting to make my own granola, this looks like a really good recipe! Yum! Can't wait for the energy bar recipe, too! Congrats on the 10 miler!
Love this recipe Liz! And the camera angle is good too, just a shame the lighting isn't as good.. My tip is (As you probably have noticed on facebook)
Place the camera about a head higher than yourself and tip it down, makes you look better than a front to front picture.. And I wouldn't recommend you filming into the light, so if you have some light on you, or do it a little bit from the side, I think it would help you!
@LizYArtur I am so happy you are now eating a wider variety of foods, I tried the raw vegan diet but it was too too hard for me this kind of diet works best for me. I am looking foward to the recepies you will be sharing with all of us. Also Thanks for being honest about the changes in your diet and for sharing with your subscribers :)
Yes! This would be perfect over yogurt. Awesome.

Add a little more pb and or honey so it all sticks better and you can cut it into bars.

Looks yummy aside from the flax seed. I personally like your off to the side angle better and this angle seems much darker.

Looks yummy! I bet egg whites would work as a binder to hold them together for bars.

Yum! Thank you for sharing! I wonder, maybe if you have baking paper over the tray it might help with getting baked granola out.
