Ok. That's it. I'm totally needing those boots! I only have one pair of Fryes but Ivd had them for at least 3 yes & they just get better. This summer I took em to my favorite leather place & they fixed em all up for less than $5! They looked like new only better & softer. They originally took a good 3-4 mo to really break in & I hated them at that time but it was too late to return em. I'm so glad I suffered through. Won't buy another brand of leather boot.

Haha I love how you get a little smile and say, "I'm spoiled". It's funny because my ex-boyfriend treated me just like John does to you (at least from what we see) and it is so fun! those Frye boots are fabulous. My friend has the equestrian looking ones, the black sleek ones that go up to the knee. She loves them but I can't get into those ones. I rode for years and I would just wear my riding boots if I wanted those, but yours are awesome and so casual!

Try the Dial Nutriskin lotion. It's really cheap and I have used very expensive lotions, balms and butters. But this is amazing. My elbows are so soft. People think I am crazy when I mention it and then they try it and can't believe it. Love Frye boots. I had a pair in high school and wore them for years. The can be reconditioned and new heels and soles put on them. I also have a collection of vintage jewelry. I love to mix it in with newer pieces. Thanks for sharing.

I never liked how my jeans looked tucked into boots until recently when I bought new winter boots and I had no choice but to tuck them in because they are so bulky on top. Canadian winters are harsh and slushy!

I'm thinking when the winter is over, I will go try on some boots like the Frye and see how it goes.

I scored over the summer and found a pair of frye boots for 10$ at a yard sale. The lady bought them in the 80's and she said she wore them 2xs and you can tell they weren't worn. If you google "the laundress" the blog, videos and the laundry collection comes up. I am so impressed with it. The founders used to work for Chanel. You gotta try iitmformyournnicenblacks and denim.
