I was kind of skeptical about this, but I try to be open minded so I listened it to it last night before going to sleep, something I have always had trouble doing. Normally while I sleep I tend to wake up at odd hours of the night for no reason and have difficulty sleeping. But I woke up this morning not remembering falling asleep and not waking up once, feeling rested and surprisingly good.
