Thanx so much for this quick tutorial - it was just what I needed. I was looking 4 an iPhone tutorial, but this covers what I wanted! I already guessed that I was trying to sketch, paint & colour w/too much initial detail & not making best use of layers; bcos I'd given up on desktop paint apps years ago bcos they were too clunky & I never had a stylus. Now, I can get going on my idevice (hopefully, soon, idevices!)
@AkMar73 Glad it helped! I sometimes sketch on my iPhone even though the screen is tiny by comparison. There's some great 'speed paint' videos here on youtube and you'll see how many different ways there are to use layers! We have 6 layers max on iPad so we have to be economical ;)
