the blue one is the vaccine guadian. he is in charge of making vaccine type digimons. it is impossible to get that digimon except if u use gameshark.

Youre looking at NeoCrimson (the Red machine-type) and The Guardian (multi-colour), two near final bosses that are impossible to get without cheat devices. Even then theyre just skins without any static or technique difference. Imperialdramon Dragon-Mode, however, is a different beast. Youll need Raidramon with 20-D points.

u have to get other digimon

go to ur hq and buy some gifts then throw the gifts at digimon with the same type(vaccine-data-virus)as yours do it until u get a big pink heart over his head.

then fight it

and he will ask to u to join your party

digivolve him and then dna- digivolve them both

by doing this u add 1 dp in your digimon and his max lvl is now 15

keep doing this until u reach lvl31

and buy from the item vendor items like toys or stuff

like skateborad card game or wtver

theyr explanation is like: gift lvl e to virus/vac/data digimons

buy em transfer and press square while in a dungeon

then select the gift and throw on the enemy until the heart gets big and pink

fight it and one will apply for ur party

then just add them to ur digiline

But, the Black Sword Leader makes you join him. Killmon eats him.
