@x12CHRIS18x make sure you unlock the phone with his other video. then it will work i had the same problem. it will still "close" but it will update the rom

hey ive been looking at flashing my cellphones rom but i was wondering if it will change how it works for my unlocked carrier, becuz i unlocked it so i could use it with rogers and all the rom's i see say tmobile on them will that matter?

aye i run the update, but once it switches from the multi-colored screen to the white one it seems to freeze and fail, can you tell me why. im not the most tech savy person

If you don't install that MMS/SMS cab that you mentioned in this video can you still send and receive messages and emails like on a normal TP2 or is this cab absolutely necessary to send and receive texts and emails ?

You will still be able to sent basic text and e-mails but you won't be able to send or receive any MMS until you install the cab file

@snickerdoodlebeast Sorry for the late reply been away for a bit but what "unlocking" means is give the phone access to other roms besides the stock carrier rom. You have to unlock before you can put custom roms on it.

@Macktube the Juggalo SMS/MMS patch is included in the newest rom update. so if you have recently flashed your touch pro, than it does not require that cab
