This is one of the best episodes of 7th Heaven. Some other people have commented that the delivery was unrealistic, but that doesn't matter. It was a show about a family who cared for one another. The part where the elevator door opens and everybody sees the baby for the first time is priceless. Even Simon shed a tear in this scene.
