Stop talking bullshit, This is MTB not Road race so the technique is different... Sometimes you have to turn the legs fast and sometimes it's better to slow down and push bigger .

Lance is 40 y/o and finished 5 !!! What a great performance ! Let him do some more races and I'm sure he will be on the podium !

Nicolas gave a stellar performance and had an amazing race, but Lance also did the same. To enter your first triathlon race in 20 years as a pro and take 5th place, that ain't too shabby. These boys have got some competition!
