With new properties that have been thrown into brawl(such as the "spam attacks and they get weaker, but you can recharge them by using different attack" thing.), I'm going to say that he spams projectiles because 1. mindgames/spacing 2. it recharges his more powerful moves/attacks. 3. It's how link is supposed to be played.... spam projectiles, and punish when your opponent makes a mistake...
Haha well, if your opponent can't get around a strategy then it shows a lack of ability on their end. Besides, the best fighter doesn't get hit, and projectiles can really help this due to the lack of hitstun on attacks (i.e. you hit up close, and they can hit back before you can move again).
But yeah, there is no rule against playing "like a bitch" X)
no offense... but why is this guy using link? toon is better in every way :P

That was a fun to watch Link, though I got kind of annoyed when I saw his Up-B not auto-sweetspot the ledge at the end, I hate when that happens.
That Fox had a great Brawl style Shine-Spike for the second kill too.
