Korean gamers are very focused and determined. uSF is run by ijji who aren't really focused on improving gameplay but making money. While the korean company (name i can't recall) is improving gameplay and are at version 3.0X i believe. Koreans are just more focused, you'd know if you've ever watched SC. ;]
