Fantastic selection of pictures, I'd love to know if you have dates for the pictures and also there were a few places I didn't quiet recognise. I would be most interested in learning more if you are able to contact me? I too have a few (more modern) views of Lancaster with particular emphasis on the demolition of buildings, perhaps we could swap info? :) Many thanks Sarah b :)
really good video, some old pictures i've not seen before, done a few chaning video's myself, its nice seeing how the city has changed, not always for the better, you should put on the 40 mins version in sections, and i have added it to my favourites !
What a fantastic video, beautifully put together. I'm a Lancaster lad, born and bred. This is a dose of nostalgia that I really enjoyed watching, catching a glimpse of so many familiar and yet "just" familiar places. Thank you.
Very, very, very fine. I'm italian and a friend of mine is of your's. In your video there's an ambince like"Dead in Venice", (you know?). A kiss on your forehead.
maybe you can add the rest of this 40 min video in the pieces? id like to see that. been livin in lancaster only a few months but i luv this place. and what music was that in the background?
the brown cow, ring o bells, carpenters, wagon and horses for the shimps! then a good old hike upto the farmers, for, well who knows what??? Little town life colours your life, forever, because it is lovly, X
Thanks for this. I still visit family in Lancaster once or twice a year - lived there from 1957 to 1968. I recognise most of the places - some have changed completely and others are still pretty much as they are!

Excellent. Lived here all my life, some of the photos are brilliant. Especially the houses on Morecambe Road and Scale Hall being built.
