  • so has anyone out there got this show recorded in its entirety?

  • @ples311 I Do

  • 5:10

  • Its actually a D6, guys so +1 for Plant ;)

  • Around 5.10. C6. Holy shit!

  • Plant is a god. He has a Four Octave Range. The only singer as good as Plant is Freddie Mercury. No one else comes even CLOSE to both of them.

  • @panda123456789ed Steven Tyler.

  • @panda123456789ed Jeff Buckley.

  • dont tell me that at 5:12 is the voice of Robert Plant + Guitarr! one and one... AMAZING!

  • I love you for uploading these!

  • "At this point.... umm........... well its the end of the show..." lol thats funny robert plant is awesome!

  • holy shit he hit a Bb6

  • fuck. yes.

  • Bombs are dropping! Sound the Plant! 1:11 holy CRAP!

  • F**king amazing. End of story.

  • Holy Shit! So Jimmy Page is the real inventor of shredding

  • HOLY SHIT its true the legend of robert plants amasing C6 =D its truely amasing

  • I have wanted to hear this for years.....thank you so much what a fucking gem!!!

  • yes, i like his wailing voice. thank you for your information and tell us many many things

  • "What I mostly remember is when Jimmy Page took out a violin bow and began bowing his double-neck guitar," remembered Jeff "Tor" Nadeau.

I'm pretty sure there are like three things wrong with that statement. At least two.

  • Haha! Yeah, he didn't even have the Gibson double-neck guitar yet and when he did get one, he NEVER bowed it.

I think what Jeff "Tor" Nadeau remembers was a drug-induced hallucination. LOL!

  • I love how by the sixth song on their set here at Gonzaga everyone starts clapping when they are starting a song. Starting to realize they are witnessing something great!

  • Well, this IS a foot tapper!

How many more times? What a lovely title. Quite evocative.

  • I've heard Plant's scream being described as a siren on this tune, in their first tour. Now I hear it... and it's a true assessment. Plant is just amazing on this. Jimmy's playing the telecaster. Wow this is just fucking insanely good. It's damnit, damnit it's like a fucking eight track. Must find part two....

  • how do you make that sound on the guitar at 4:53?

  • I think you play Skiffle at 14 then play on 90 percent of recordings in the UK and PRACTICE.

There is no special effect. Just how he bends the notes and uses the-- no pun intended--NOBS on the guitar. Nice, isn't it? My kid plays guitar and has all these computer things and you can't just make that noise. It's just plain, old practice + imagination. I hope that's helpful, dear.

  • By being a guitar god.

  • by the way, shortly there after, Robert Plant starts singing C6's while Page plays C#6's

  • Robert had a great range for sure.

  • page does D6s but plant´s notes sound higher (5.05 and 5.08).

  • They were even great back then, and if you can believe it, they got even better over the years.

  • this is the best version of my fav song!!!!

  • fucking hell that's a high note
