I recently graduated from a therapeutic boarding school after attending a RTC. The therapeutic boarding school was the most incredible experience of my life. It makes no sense to me at all that people are trying to link 'Greenbrier Academy' with 'abuse.' Clearly, they've never been there.

Also, the RTC I went to was for kids w/ a lot of pain, often kids who had been abused themselves. Restraint is not abuse. It's saved a LOT of people (like me) from making a REALLY big mistake.

I would like to know when these Hearings are going to be held. The issue of the abuse of children in residential state foster care has been our primary focus for the past 8 years.

We have a lot of documentation and whether a child has been seriously abused or killed while in a RTC, no one is charged with a crime against the child.
