  • I can do 70 pushups in a row without stopping and max out at 220 5 times on the bench, but for the life of me I can only do 4 pull ups. I started watching these videos and said fuck the gym I'm doing it all at home and the park from now on.

  • Excellent stuff - been looking thru these videos - my workouts are changing after watching these videos using the bars. I'd wrather be rock solid with minimal body fat. I was a body builder but changed over to focusing on speed and changing routines constantly. I've lost size but am more cut - now I'm going to add these types of routines. Good job men - really imprssive.

I'm 5'10"- 185pds, very seldom do I lift weights, I like isometrics and calisthenics as well and I have the weight lifters asking me what's up.
