What is this used for we ship lots of products related to mining and this water jet seems not to be all that efficent?

A bucket loader of any kind should performer better and faster with less expense..... Am I wrong?

This is a remote operated underground mining technology; no personnel and/or equipment (such as bucket loader) are below the surface. That's the beauty of borehole mining!
