Wow, they were all really good but really that boy was really good. Maybe because there is no distraction from bras or costume but you could really see his talent in the way he moved his torso and upper body. Most of the time, you have so much flair to cover breast that the movements are about moving the frilly stuff. I hope I can find more video of this competition. It' looks like it was really exciting and fun.
