  • I was in this concert in 2nd row.... One of the most amazing experience in my life. Gilmour saw this guy playing music with glasses two days before the show and asked him to play on stage... Amazing!

  • ancora i brividi

  • yes, the glasses guy forgot to vhange chords in the beggining... but anyway, its gilmour... i would break the glasses!

  • ♥S♥Y♥D♥

  • good!!!!! error in the tittle "Shine on YOU crazy diamond"

  • @borbottante Sorry... I had not noticed...

  • @borbottante no problem my friend!! you have good taste!!Pink Floyd forever

  • At the beginning, the glass player forgot to change of chord Gm -> Dm -> Cm and also forgot the 9th Gilmour asked on soundcheck !!

  • Io c'ero

  • gilmour and his wife were walkin through venice and that chap on stage was playin glasses with water.

gilmour was that impressed by him he asked him to play onstage the next night.

    what a lucky bastard!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its on the special features on live from gadansk.

  • The both of them are of crucial importance for group.there is no Pink Floyd without Roger Waters, and no Pink Floyd without David Gilmour...Together they are Pink Floyd.

  • you are right together Gilmour and Waters are the perfect creative machine to make great music and great lyrics

  • The division Bell is one of the greatest albums to me and Water hasn't put a note on that one, altough I have to admit that The Wall and Dark Side of the moon are masterpieces and Water were vital for the final result, but as a Band, Pink Floyd can do it without Waters.

  • @grilloaguilar

you can also add animals, echo and all pink floyd albums

  • I am a huge Pink Floyd fan, I have the dark side of the moon tattooed on my chest and while Pink

Floyd has gone through many changes, ie Syd and Roger leaving, Pink Floyd was made by David Gilmore. Don't get me wrong, Syd and Roger are geniuses, but Gilmore is the one that tied it all together. Best voice and best guitarist...period! I love Roger Waters and his contribution is what gave Pink Floyd its name, but he didn't stick with the group in the long run, allowing Gilmore to take charge.

  • The contributions that came thereafter were all Gilmore, no confusion about that. While I believe that the Waters Pink Floyd was the most popular, I believe that the Gilmore Pink Floyd was more emotional and evolved the sound even more. You may say that I am not a true fan and if you do I will hunt you down and slit your throat because you are too far from the truth. David Gilmore was the best thing to ever happen to Pink Floyd and his work will inspire others for many years to come.

  • with out gilmour they would have not become as famous as they are and will continue to be

  • Yes,but also without a Rogers IDEAS>>>THERE is no Pink Floyd. He is the basic for everything they made.....but Gilmour is born for playing the guitar and has perfect vocal for that kind of music.......So,Roger Waters and David Gilmour, together.

  • You are right about everything, but it`s Gilmour(not Gilmore), also the name was invented by Syd Barrett, but i agree, David Gilmour was the essensial part to make Pink Floyd the biggest band on the earth.

  • @jgroch thank u 4 stating that fact :D All of us Fellow Floydians HAVE to give ALL credit to ♥Syd♥ cause none of this would exist with out him or his input into Floyd♥♥♥♥

  • @jgroch Oops, my bad on the spelling. That's why you don't get drunk and type at the same time ;-) It's true about Syd and the name, I was referring to who put them on the map more than the creation of the actual name itself. Their popularity didn't really take off until Syd was already out of the band. I can mostly appreciate Syd's sound when I'm trippin' face, he definitely had that quality to his sound. Would've been cool to hear a Pink Floyd with all of them together.

  • Great voice, great guitar ,David Gimour is Pink Floyd

  • russian guy on glass instrument is cool!

  • u are an idiot

  • This version wasn't the one included in Live in Gdansk, right?

  • Ooooohhh controversial))).. But I'm with you on this.

  • David sings from the heart just watch shine on you crazy diamond royal albert hall version that is singing from the heart...

  • Dave's voice is angelical.

  • xaxaxaxa,sings perfect,you really dont know nothing

  • this is the best version ever and you say something like that...xaxaxaxaxaxa,sometimes is clever to shut up-in your case

  • Roger Waters creates music on the basis of ideas.

David Gilmour creates music on the basis of feelings.

  • Al basso c'è quel grande di Guy Pratt giusto?? :-))

Cmq grande intro con i bicchieri..e la voce di Dave più passano gli anni più si ingiovanisce!! ma come cacchio fa!!?? :-DD

  • I love this arrangement. They have played the same version so many times since Waters left after three live releases it all sounded stale. This is tight and fresh. I also have preferred Waters arrangements when performing live for the same reasons. He broke away from duplicating the tracks note for note. Thanks for posting this video.

  • "They" meaning Waterless Pink Floyd. I realize this is solo Gilmour.

  • a classica...io c'ero al concerto(i was there)

  • Thank you David

  • Classic, amazing music, amzing lyrics, amazing set!!!

    legendary band!! pink floyd RULE!

  • Gilmour is player Roger is brain.

  • Gilmour is the heart,Roger is the brain. No body

  • Gilmour is Pink Floyd, i saw Waters, awesome show but not the same ,the voice and sound, thats not Floyd, Gilmour is the heart of P.F.

  • why they dont do thr shows so often

    in the UK ...

  • ROGER WATERS

  • Who?

  • Awsome LOL

  • The buggers wouldn't play that on Brighton beach...oh no..not here in Blighty...Venice yes,UK no... Venice...that well known bastion of... historic.... rock...bands...of all things...old and...Pink...Floyd...

  • Gilmour NEVER seems to play the guitar solo immediately before the words (Part III) - The third solo in the song, I guess. NEVER!! Which is a pain in the azum, as it's a wicked solo...

Anyway, this is cool. Heard it a while ago, but it's always fun to watch it.

  • The best guitar player of all times...

  • good and unusual. wouldn't it be cool to turn up and find that randomly happening?
