Go to your SD card and go to :

E:/private/wii/app/RSBE/st

and then put the file there.

If there isn't a file like that, put the SD card into your Wii and make a quick stage and put it onto the SD card, and

E:/private/wii/app/RSBE/st should be there.

(Note : "E:" can be different, depending where you put your SD card" oh and RSBE will be different if you don't have the USA version.
