My son Benjamin had to sit out soccer after his diagnosis last fall and was able to play baseball this year - our season just ended - when he wasn't recieving chemotherapy. You and your family are never alone you are surrounded by prayer and love.

I don't know if Richard will ever see this comment, but I had bone cancer when I was 12, and I was playing soccer at the time. It took a long time to get through, but it's now 6 years later and I'm back to playing soccer again in college. Just know that there are people out here praying for you, you'll make it through. Good luck kid.

Thank you so much for your comment. I need to check on him. But the last word I heard was that he was doing well and that he is going to beat it. But when I talk to him...I will definately pass along your words of encouragement. Take care. -Geof
