Quite simple really, go buy some crow/bird scarers from a farm suppliers, detach from the rope they are all linked to and duct tape as many as you dare(i was using about seven) together. Make sure you duct tape the fuses together as well...and your laughing. although as a note of caution they quite often go off at different times.
