Finally Arteta for premier league experience and quality £10-12mill. They departures of Cesc, Nasri and Eboue would cover the cost of the 5 players so we will still have money left over.

He needs a CB, and I dont´t think Gibbs will be good enough for the entire season. They need a new class striker. Van Persie is great, but he is way to much injured and Chamak or Bendtner isn't the best replacements. And Walcott and Arshavin are both very good players, but they play kind of wrong. They should help Van Persie more with more crosses insteed of vice versa

Wenger is a smart guy and he hasn't lost anything. He knew it would be a rout with all the injuries and the players he had available. His big picture plan for arsenal is working and Park Chu Young is an absolute steal. I expect him to score 20+. We're also working to bring in Santos now and perhaps Cahill. A defensive midfielder signing would be great as I feel Ramsey and Wilshere are developing into class attacking midfielders.

Well he is a great bargain. He scored 12 goals in 33 games in Ligue 1, nominated in best 11 several times as well. Despite his previous team's poor performance, he scored many goals by himself. That's the strongest point for him. Now, Arsene probably thought that it is just like playing a jackpot. You win, you get money and even if you lose you don't lose that much. He is better than Bend or Cham I think. But you are right that they need top defenders and Park is not WC but a good one.

Park Chu-Young will be a decent signing for back up IMO. But I would like to see Cahill and one of these three Scott Dann/Jagielka/ Samba. The most either 2 of them defenders would cost will be about £30mill, that would be the defence sorted. Yann M'villa £15-20mill strong Viera esque player which we need. Finally Arteta for premier league experience and quality £10-12mill. They departures of Cesc, Nasri and Eboue would cover the cost of the 5 players so we will still have money left over.

When David Dein (ex-Arsenal chairman) was in charge of Arsenal during the late 90's and noughties, he would buy the players Wenger wanted with a click of a button. im an arsenal fan, Wenger still is a good manager, he needs to buy players, arsenal lost two of their best players, so he needs to find the players to replace them, not always does it work but he must know something is not working after yesterday

Park Chu Young is only just for a backup, hes pretty decent but then again they already have Chamakh for backup. Arsene still has till Wednesday, maybe he'll pull something out of the bag :) Kaka would be nice haha

I love Arsene Wenger, when he does things right. But right now, he needs to go or spend atleast 30 million for me to gain some kind of respect for him. Fergie is still the best manager on the planet, van Gaal could possibly be better when it comes to discipline.

@SportsStationTV He need players in every position. Your midfield needs a playmaker now that Nasri and Fabregas is gone. He needs a CB, and I dont´t think Gibbs will be good enough for the entire season. They need a new class striker. Van Persie is great, but he is way to much injured and Chamak or Bendtner isn't the best replacements. And Walcott and Arshavin are both very good players, but they play kind of wrong. They should help Van Persie more with more crosses insteed of vice versa
