Do you do the linework by hand and then color in illustrator?

For this piece I did the linework by hand and coloured in Photoshop.

There are some pieces that I scan in linework or sketches and complete the piece in illustrator, but more often than not, my vector pieces are sketched out in Photoshop and completed in Illustrator.
