ya agreed with swagmrupton, this was his retirement from wwe not wrestling altogether. when he said he won't wrestle in a ring again he meant wwe. this was all about wwe, it has nothing to do with him going to tna
Guys even if he's still wrestling in TNA, you shouldn't hate him for it. He promised not to wrestle in a WWE ring ever again, and I know, you would think he would retire from wrestling period. But you have to admire his passion for the game. It makes me smile to see that he still loves to wrestle.
Does anyone else feel that he betrayed Vince and WWE by going to TNA? He betrayed himself too after all the blood sweat and tears he gave to the WWE. This was the perfect end to his amazing career. I really don't know why he went to TNA. Is this just me? Am I being silly or do you guys agree? Thumbs up if you agree............if not would appreciate your feedback.
The Last raw that i saw with my dad last hug i ever got from him and we cried on this day on this day only :'( makes me sad i was only 8 i knew who was the 4Horsemen :( makes me cry every time i see this :'(
Who would have that FOUR years later the remaining FOUR members of the Four Horsemen would be inducted to the Hall of Fame.... to think that 2012 is said to be the end of the world... in which the FOUR HORSEMEN of the Apocalypse will ride... haha
The Undertaker's Farewell, Shawn Michael's Farewell, Edge's Farewell, and Triple H's Farewell combined will NEVER touch Ric Flair's Farewell. Such amazing!
@ed4409 I liked Shawn's farewell. Just him and a microphone. But I agree, in terms of time and who came out, Flair got the best sendoff. Even Undertaker came out and hugged him.
all you haters actually don't understand do you ? for once come out of the wwe universe fantasy scripted world and step into reality ric flair was in debt which means either tna or HOMELESS!! and wwe weren't going to give him another contract so that means him his wife and kids would of been on the street, im a wwe fan but when ric signed for tna it meant he can provide for his family, so you haters are saying ric should continue to be in debt as going anywhere else is disrespect get real
man im no fan of wrestling. but ric flair...that's AN F*N CHARACTER. who doesnt love the nature boy? cmon now....had to live it up to the hype though, cocaine and rolexes
@InternetAesHole at least he did something to try and get it back. he went and got a job, in one of the biggest wrestling companies, and the only one to rival the WWE, not out of hate, but out of his love of wrestling. TNA, WWE, it dosent matter, its all wrestling.
i hate how everybody says flair turned his back on wwe by going to tna. from wat i heard the man was in debt and he really didnt have a choice. He had to go to tna. i also heard wwe wouldnt give him another contract when he needed it most. the man needed another contract from wwe and from wat i heard wwe refused to give him one. dont get me wrong i will always be a wwe fan. I just hate how everyone calls flair a liar the man didnt have a choice.
@MrMattyboy14 I dont feel he turned his back on WWE. But I do feel he cheapened his legacy by goin to TNA...i mean WWE gave him this amazing send off. Ok so he needed money, they probably didnt want to offer a WRESTLING contract...he couldve worked behind the scenes like alot of others do
@MrMattyboy14 Flair has already told fans that he joined TNA because even if he had a contract with WWE he wouldn't be used as a on screen character, they wanted him to be a Road Agent, he turned his back on the company and by competing after his retirement in 2008 he turned his back on the fans
@MrMattyboy14 I agree and if he truly did turn on the WWE why has he accepted not only the hall of fame as himself but thats the glorious team of the Four Horsemen. Hes his own mans man and he will never forget his roots
@MrMattyboy14 WWE offered him a backstage job with a six figure salary, and he still wasn't happy. Flair loves to be the centre of attention, simple as that.
flossingqame Flair is not the greatest you have stone cold, bret hart, undertaker, shawn micheals, hulk hogan, andre the giant, the rock, kurt angle, all these guys are and were better had more epic matches than ric flair not saying he wasnt good but defenitely not the best at all
@SULIERHILARIO6 you just don't know or understand the impact he had long before WWE. he carried the AWA and NWA for YEARS. he carried WCW for YEARS. His in ring persona and charisma paved the way for HBK, HHH, Randy Orton, and so many others. He was a completely and fundamentally sound in the ring as a technician. He could tear it up on the microphone as well as anyone. The fans loved him anywhere and everywhere he went. He is top 3 wrestlers ALL time (up there with HBK & Hogan)
@SULIERHILARIO6 the difference between the people you named and ric flair, is they cant hold a candle to the legacy of flair! the things he did before WWE like keeping the NWA alive by himself! the people you named are good but flair IS the greatest
Think of it this way... When cops retire, they sometimes get a side job as security. Ric Flair's career is with the WCW/WWE, he's just too bored to sit around. This what he knows.
o thing about the wwe is thatt they reivented thenself every couples of years, hogan, nash, hall, hart, etc out austin, rock, triple h in,the result of this was thar ecwand wcw died
@smartesswrasslinfan because jbl deserves to be missed maybe you didnt like him but he put his body on the line each and every time he stepped in the ring , also he came back from a broken back which not many people knew about hence forth why he was on commentary on smackdown for so long before wrestling again
@jaystrong322 Brock lesnar could have been a lot bigger then how he was i mean he was barley starting and he was already over not just cause his size but his abilities major talent that left but still hes doing fine wheres hes at :D

Nice save Ric.
I don't hate him. I think the TNA move is a little... eh. But I am still a huge Flair fan and since he can't entertain us in the WWE, he can entertain us in TNA.
@DontBCynical No worries, it's like a good riddance/farewell/tears of goodbye for the WWE stuff, it's how their shape his name and want to give gratitude towards employees and the boss!
It baffles me how the fans hardly cheer once the Four Horsemen come out, or even Rich Flair just in general. But as soon as someone like, oh, John Cena comes out, THEN they wanna cheer. Fucking disgusting man. New WWE fans disappoint me these days. They don't know legends when they are looking at them.
@TheDesipoo probably because they're all 14 years or younger... the WWE is for kids now man :/ about half way through 2002 when the attitude era died then the show started getting less and less Adult ;D and more and more for kids... kinda pathetic tbh as for the fans i agree lol
@TheDesipoo they wouldnt know good wrestling if it came up and punched them in the face. I respect the legends, Arn, Piper, Macho Man, Naitch, these are the true wrestlers
How can people dislike this video of the HIGH FLYIN, LIMO RIDIN, KISS STEALIN, WHEELIN DEALIN SON OF A GUN.argueably the best wrestler of all time. thank you ric
Did you hear how dead the crowd is?! This is basically the whole freaking Hall of Fame in the ring, the freaking 4 horsemen and people are just quiet! I hate new wrestling fans...assholes...
Guys like ric flair hulk hogan sting tose guys were true legends in wrestling and hold not to many titles is so many years the title had MEANING back than
but guys like cena have more than 10 already in such short careers?
TNA Sucks stroy lines are boring and it's great to see all those guys in action with there wheel chairs no disrepect to the legends and wwe isnt any better now days thanks to john cena
"This will be the first time the four horsemen have in the ring since 1988"---holy shit!!! This tribute is just full of legends thanking flair for what he done for the business. It's sad that most of the people in the crowd didn't even cheer for most of them.....
I'll have more respect for HBK cause hes found other things to do and still keep his word. When I heard & saw Flair wrestled again my first response was "WHY?!" Did this amazing send off mean so little to him? Ive always said flair should stay retired cause one day its gonna take some young buck to hit him wrong place/time/body part and flairs either dead or in a wheel chair
sometimes when i watch tv, i would think back to the good old times where wrestling was actually entertaining. a time of triple h vs john cena, instead of del rio vs the miz. a time of batista vs randy orton, instead of cm punk vs wade barrett. and most importantly, a time of undertaker vs ric flair, instead of michael cole vs jim ross. copy this and paste it to another video if u think the same.
@in12341234 cant guess, but you know there will be the ultimate show of respect, im guessing every current wrestler, legend, and everybody else will be there
I honestly think Shawn Michaels should have gotten a much bigger farewell thingy than just standing in the ring and having Triple H come out at the end. Maybe he didn't want a big farewell, I dunno, but I think he deserved one.
ya agreed with swagmrupton, this was his retirement from wwe not wrestling altogether. when he said he won't wrestle in a ring again he meant wwe. this was all about wwe, it has nothing to do with him going to tna

@TheDesipoo they wouldnt know good wrestling if it came up and punched them in the face. I respect the legends, Arn, Piper, Macho Man, Naitch, these are the true wrestlers

I really do wonder what is gonna happen when undertaker retires.
Any ideas.

This, didn't make me cry but Eddie's did. After raw or Smackdown I think it was Raw. I just cried because Eddie was my favorite wrestler.

I honestly think Shawn Michaels should have gotten a much bigger farewell thingy than just standing in the ring and having Triple H come out at the end. Maybe he didn't want a big farewell, I dunno, but I think he deserved one.
