FAMILIES AND DISABLED PEOPLE ARE COOL BUT TO BRING IN WELFARE CRIMINALS IS NOOOOOO GOOD! I FORESEE LAWSUITS IF THAT'S WHATS INTENDED. Our city council, police department and school board will be made aware of this! We as a whole will not allow this to proceed. Several of the surrounding communities are being made aware of this at this very moment. I would expect that you will be receiving an influx of complaints and protests to your proposed plan. There are several areas better suited for this type of housing plan. Irvine simple isn't one of them. Look elsewhere.

By making this move you see progress and we see a tremendous decrease in our property values and a rise in crime. Organizations such as the Irvine city school board, Irvine police department and all other pertinent organizations including the community as a whole should determine what kind of business gets to plant its flag in our yard. We guarantee that NOBODY in this community is going to be accepting or cooperative in the venture.

Without intending to you are allowing a lesser element to inhabit and infiltrate our communities and bring all of the typical social issues that accompany them. We as a community feel as though this is a social issue that should have been voted on and approved by those of us that now own property here, send our children to school here, rent and lease here and have moved here for the sole purpose of giving our selves and our families a safe and secure upscale environment.

We recently read about your Doria apartment homes plan in Irvine . Do you not realize that by making this property available to low income 'people' that the wrong people are going to be moving into OUR neighborhoods?? The reason communities exist like this is to get away from the lower standard of living element not to help to place right into our back yard.
