I got my own 360 when i was 13 when i bought it after saving up for the xbox. So instead of the xbox i got myself the 360 i have had my own computer that was given to me by my dad when he got a new computer, and i recently replaced it with the HPO pavilion Elite HPE. I replaced my 360 with the elite some 5 months ago and i probubly have more entertainment systems in my room then in your whole house. So stfu.

I would have to agree with you with your first statement. Probably one of the best decisions as a gamer is to have a nice PC and a PS3. That way one has the availability to all exclusive games, minus Wii's. This is because 360 exclusives are on the PC as well. But I feel the 360 is quite a strong system and shouldn't be ignored. Especially for those who's budget isn't so great, the 360 would be fairly fitting for them.

JKaboose, Project Natal is a beefed up version of something that was invented for the PS2, the Playstation eyetoy. So since Sony designed the technology, it's hardly an xbox 360 creation. ME1 was really good, my fav single player game ever, i have completed it loads of times and always want to come back and play it again, at this time im doing it on insane and is it tough.
ME2 looks even more great, Bioware have done a fantastic job. Love ME, gonna love ME2, plus its going to be a trillogy, so prepare for a ME3 in the future.

Something I disagree with however is you saying you don't have a virus. From the second you open Internet Explorer or Firefox or whatever browser you have you have a virus, no firewall or protection is going to keep them off your computer. I've had this computer for about 2 months and I've already had to delete 10+ Viruses from just the ME2 forums and Youtube.
If you're not stupid you'll research the game you're about to spend 60$ on and make sure you're going to like it so that you don't have to exchange or trade it, you could also get it for free from the multiple torrent sites and friends, something you can't do with consoles.

Who gives a shit. It's all about the GAMEPLAY dumbass. Mass Effect and MAG are two different genres. You can't compare them. And it won't boost the PS3 either. I'm gettting it but im probably not gonna play it that much just because of the fact im playing a legendary soon to be game, Mass Effect 2. The online isn't far better as well. Proof is the fact that the 360 Battlefield 1943 community got to 43000000 in 5 days while it took a week+ for PSN. It may cost, but you get what you payed for.
Battlefield 1943 is a bad example, more people have xbox 360's, therefore more people on xbox probably have that game. Are you talking about the 43 million kills needed to unlock the 4th map? Doing it in 5 days would be almost impossible. Why would you pay for a console, only to pay for online for the rest of your xbox 360 days? It makes no sense. PSN is brilliant, and it's free, I certainly get what I paid £425 ($701) for!

Lagfest? No. They are doing what the makers of Resistance 2 did. That has 60 players with no lag whatsoever, and MAG has already been tested, it has very little or no lag at all. I can also watch anything on TV, record anything on TV and even download movies on to a DVD, that is much more than what an xbox 360 can do. In fact, what can an xbox 3shitty do???

I was realy happy to hear about the release of mass effect 2 but i hate the idea of having to go back to mass effect to see all the endings but then again i hate any game that forces you to play the game again to see alterative endings, why not just unlock all the endings once you've completed the story once.
its not quite like that. It is more than just a few alternate endings. I heard that over 100 choices, some which u prolly dont even remember will be transported to ME2. so... everything u did matters :P
I like the idea of the decisions you made in the first game affecting the outcome of the second, but I played through the first one several times many different ways, so im not really quite sure how it will work out for me :p
You're able to choose which save file you want. So, be sure to have your save files. I always play the good paragon way with everyone being my ally, including the rachni and the shadow broker.

Maybe they can work on such things to make Mass Effect 2 such a more "freedom" world. Though with total freedom, it probably wouldn't been able to have an effective story warrant for three games. That just mine opinion though. But you are right about the illusion of freedom. I also said about the spaceship due to the fact that there seem to be no other ship to fight.
So the first mass effect was far from perfect...and when I say perfect I mean as advertised. I mean fallout 3 had tons more content [interestin shit to do] than mass effect and they also released not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 count em 4 DLC's for their game.
Mass effect had bring down the skies and now we have mass effect 2.
So we finally got some consequences to all those choices, some new guns and armour better graphics and a similarly confined linear story, things we should have got in DLC's
I think what bothered me most of all though is the fact that even though mass effect feels empty, static, restrictive and unfinished the only downloadable content was bring down the skies.
Now initially this gave me great hope for the future, I imagined a neverending game thanks to downloadable content.
A game less like a movie with just one core story but more like a tv series with dosens of episodes. the same characters different stories, one every couple of months etc. but it never happened

Or even in Earth actually?). Also, would you like to fly in space for hours, with nothing to do? I would be bored to death, more so than I was when driving around in the Mako in undiscovered worlds. I convinced him twice (on two different characters, one used charm while the other intimidated.) The second time on my more neutral character (though more paragon then renegade), I managed to save him due to having to get his Family armor back, even though she didn't have enough intimidation nor charm.
I mean the free roam and actual choices in mass effect are crappy.
Whether I choose good or bad ultimately the outcome is the same, very few actual consequences. the universe has no sights or wonders to see, no fun or reward for wondering around.
I mean if I want to kill wrex I have to wait until the story decides to give me the option, that's not freedom, freedom is being able to do it anytime anywhere I want.

Why would you erase anything? You can play the game as many times as you want and build up stats that way; it carries over each time you play as the same character.

JKaboose, Project Natal is a beefed up version of something that was invented for the PS2, the Playstation eyetoy. So since Sony designed the technology, it's hardly an xbox 360 creation. Only fat bastards play the 360, they'll want a controller since they're allergic to exercise. I'll be surprised if it's a success!

ME1 was really good, my fav single player game ever, i have completed it loads of times and always want to come back and play it again, at this time im doing it on insane and is it tough.
ME2 looks even more great, Bioware have done a fantastic job. Love ME, gonna love ME2, plus its going to be a trillogy, so prepare for a ME3 in the future.
Bioware, keep up the good work.

I agree, the 360 has more games, but the 360 was released earlier. I get free movies and music, I can go on the internet without a PC and I can even play internet based games, all on my PS3. So when an xbox fanboy says the PS3 is shit, it pisses me off because they are clueless dicks. I agree about the Wii, it is too shit. I hope the console war ends as well, there's just no point to it!

I agree with you on the idea that PCs are better than any console and could beat the shit out of the PS3 and Xbox 360 easy.
Something I disagree with however is you saying you don't have a virus. From the second you open Internet Explorer or Firefox or whatever browser you have you have a virus, no firewall or protection is going to keep them off your computer. I've had this computer for about 2 months and I've already had to delete 10+ Viruses from just the ME2 forums and Youtube.

If you're not stupid you'll research the game you're about to spend 60$ on and make sure you're going to like it so that you don't have to exchange or trade it, you could also get it for free from the multiple torrent sites and friends, something you can't do with consoles.

Who gives a shit. It's all about the GAMEPLAY dumbass. Mass Effect and MAG are two different genres. You can't compare them. And it won't boost the PS3 either. I'm gettting it but im probably not gonna play it that much just because of the fact im playing a legendary soon to be game, Mass Effect 2. The online isn't far better as well. Proof is the fact that the 360 Battlefield 1943 community got to 43000000 in 5 days while it took a week+ for PSN. It may cost, but you get what you payed for.

Battlefield 1943 is a bad example, more people have xbox 360's, therefore more people on xbox probably have that game. Are you talking about the 43 million kills needed to unlock the 4th map? Doing it in 5 days would be almost impossible. Why would you pay for a console, only to pay for online for the rest of your xbox 360 days? It makes no sense. PSN is brilliant, and it's free, I certainly get what I paid £425 ($701) for!

Lagfest? No. They are doing what the makers of Resistance 2 did. That has 60 players with no lag whatsoever, and MAG has already been tested, it has very little or no lag at all. I didn't waste money on my PS3, it's the best £425 i've ever spent. It's a PC, Blu-Ray player and a console. I can also watch anything on TV, record anything on TV and even download movies on to a DVD, that is much more than what an xbox 360 can do. In fact, what can an xbox 3shitty do???

I was realy happy to hear about the release of mass effect 2 but i hate the idea of having to go back to mass effect to see all the endings but then again i hate any game that forces you to play the game again to see alterative endings, why not just unlock all the endings once you've completed the story once.

You're able to choose which save file you want. So, be sure to have your save files. I always play the good paragon way with everyone being my ally, including the rachni and the shadow broker.

You are entitled to your own opinion. And I did not say your comments are spam. Did you let Bioware know of such things though? Maybe they can work on such things to make Mass Effect 2 such a more "freedom" world. Though with total freedom, it probably wouldn't been able to have an effective story warrant for three games. That just mine opinion though. But you are right about the illusion of freedom. I also said about the spaceship due to the fact that there seem to be no other ship to fight.

So the first mass effect was far from perfect...and when I say perfect I mean as advertised. I mean fallout 3 had tons more content [interestin shit to do] than mass effect and they also released not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 count em 4 DLC's for their game.
Mass effect had bring down the skies and now we have mass effect 2.
So we finally got some consequences to all those choices, some new guns and armour better graphics and a similarly confined linear story, things we should have got in DLC's

I think what bothered me most of all though is the fact that even though mass effect feels empty, static, restrictive and unfinished the only downloadable content was bring down the skies.
Now initially this gave me great hope for the future, I imagined a neverending game thanks to downloadable content.
A game less like a movie with just one core story but more like a tv series with dosens of episodes. the same characters different stories, one every couple of months etc. but it never happened

Hey I gave lots and lots of reasons why I thought mass effect sucked.
Why on earth do you think it was awesome ?
I remember the hype man, it pretty much promised a whole galaxy of fun but it didn't deliver.
As I have said it felt unfinished, the core story was very good as was the gameplay but the huge empty enviroments made the "galaxy" tacked on.
The main missions had a very linear feel but had very detailed enviroments, lush colourfull and distinct, everything else was bleak, empty boring

In ME2, They're making more 'colourful' envirements for people such as yourself. That'll be good but i think i'd prefare the rough crators and thee harsh weather conditions.. alot more belivable.

I did actually like mass effects story and gameplay but you have to admit the "universe" was a little empty yeah ?
As for the harsh crater filled environments, bring it on just put something there to actually explore you know, like an ancient prothean ruin or a crashed spaceship.
Also lets have some space pirates and some ship to ship boarding action.
I want to catalogue new strange lifeforms or hunt them for fun, hey I wonder if they have an alien zoo on the citadel that wants specimens.

Mass Effect gave me an adventurous experience. I like Garrus, Tali, and Wrex. I hated Ashley. I didn't care about not going to the alien home worlds (what would we do there anyway? Or even in Earth actually?). Also, would you like to fly in space for hours, with nothing to do? I would be bored to death, more so than I was when driving around in the Mako in undiscovered worlds. Also, everyone have their own fun and cool. So you shouldn't expect everyone to agree with you, shamelesscritic.

Though causing an extinction (or contracting a disease) is not one of the options that I would like Shepard to experience. I convinced him twice (on two different characters, one used charm while the other intimidated.) The second time on my more neutral character (though more paragon then renegade), I managed to save him due to having to get his Family armor back, even though she didn't have enough intimidation nor charm.

I mean the free roam and actual choices in mass effect are crappy.
Whether I choose good or bad ultimately the outcome is the same, very few actual consequences. the universe has no sights or wonders to see, no fun or reward for wondering around.
I mean if I want to kill wrex I have to wait until the story decides to give me the option, that's not freedom, freedom is being able to do it anytime anywhere I want.

All the real cool things that the players want to be able to do are left out due to story constraints.

Certain crappy story elements remove the players choice and force them down a certain road.

But oh my god there was no down loadable content, the galaxy was empty, the worlds were empty and the worlds that weren't were linear as hell.
Great gameplay controls and story but crappy content.

grinding out my vanguard guy still, third time through with him trying to get all my achievements and grinding the paragon and renegade points to increase his intimidate and charm, but after watching this? it's so going to be worth it

i had my good character playthrough the first my evil the second. i overwrit the good character with the evil so now im pissed.

I Erased Everything in Mass Effect
(except my character) then REplayed the game and did EVERYTHING there is to do and visited EVERY planet
so When I start Mass Effect 2.I will get the FULL experience.

My brother erased my profile that was at lvl 60, and had everything done in the game. I dont have words to express my rage after i saw that Mass Effect carrys into the secound.

Why would you erase anything? You can play the game as many times as you want and build up stats that way; it carries over each time you play as the same character.
