i love the idea for using the pen, i used the stylus from your other paper flower video bc i had it out and ready. it worked great! i would request using a 1 1/2 flower for the leaf, i guess mine loosened up...thnx for sharing!
Thanks for the video! Can I just suggest one thing? When doing your videos keep your hands still when showing the close up, you tend to bounce your hands up and down making it a little hard to see the close up :)
WOW thanks Kathy! I was a little worried at first - mine looked more like a spit ball than a rose! LOL! But when I started forming the bottom 2 layers of petal it was fine! TFS!
I just bought some of these roses, in blue pink and yellow... and I was SO trying NOT to use them... coz I was in hoarding mode! LOL Now I will not feel SO sad when I use 'em! Thank you!!! <3 Now I can make my own in any color!!!
OMG. You read my mind because I used alot oof my baby primas last night, and I am running out!! Yikes! They are great for center of larger flowers!. Did you use cardstock or regular copy paper on those?? Love 'em!!!!!!!!! Hugs, Carlene aka PinkScrapper99
Thanks for this tutorial Kathy! I am going to have to start making these... I have made my own flowers before but haven't gone this far .. can't wait to get started. can't wait to finish the mini album class too!
nice... I do mine completely different and smaller (using a 1/2 inch flower punch) and they look like micro-mini grunge roses. I'll have to give your technique a try. Thanks for sharing.
kathy you are too cute! And having too much fun! lol Very very easy to do! I love these and will keep it stored in my brain so that when I need it I can pull it out! Thanks!
Oh love it! I need that punch. I was using the 1990 making memories flower baby flower punch and the punch you show would be so much more efficient as it has a longer length for the petals. Thanks for sharing.
love this video but I wish you could have zoomed in a bit. My eyes are not as good as they were. But, really, what a great video. Thanks so much.
