I believe what you don't realize is that they are drawing for fun. And they're drawing style show the personality of the character. For example they hide they're hands behind their back to show shyness.. Most of those characters are based manga books that come out with new stories every week to be sold. These characters are made for their personality not about how perfect they look, anyone can spend countless hours drawing them to perfection

I agree with everything in this video, but it's fine to have some of these problems. What's important is knowing you have these problems and making the effort to improve. Don't be offended by this video, it's a relatively nice way of showing these problems. You'll hear much worse things said about your art when you post it online, and you shouldn't let that discourage you. Gotta take the bad with the good!

Most of these just seem like self-confidence/commitment issues.

If you have low self-confidence you won't feel good when someone else outshines your work and if you're a lazy or casual artist then you'll never get good at drawing.

A lot of this stuff is really true. Every artist has a point where some of these apply to them. As for me, I find that at least 7 do. I mean, I can't lie. I can barely draw from high or low angles! But the really bad artist is the one who stops drawing because someone else draws better than them. I think it's totally natural to feel like you're doing a bad job because someone does better than you, but it's not OK to break down if you're really looking forward to being an artist.

And IMHO, Clamp and O'Malley aren't the best examples of great artists. Their styles, while they do have their virtues, are incredibly flat and dull. Spirit > stylization anyday.
