  • I can't believe the lame comments on here. Thank you vhilaire for sharing this with us. I know I didn't take the time to shoot a clip for others to learn by. Bacon is high in fat and cholesterol. Mushrooms are a fantastic alternative (sans salt, but still).

  • BBQ- You don't need to remove the gills of any mushrooms...totally edible and the mushroom would be very angry if you did this and not be as willingly tasty...

  • Braggs isn't fermented, but it is 100% soy (in your video you say it's not soy). A wonderful addition to a healthy diet five stars.

  • Jenny didn't mention it, but if you are going to make this, make sure that you remove the fins from the underside of the mushroom first.

    Use a spoon and they will clean up nicely.
