Yin Yang is the balance that must be maintained between Tranquility (Light) and Chaos (Dark). Dark being the absence of Light and vice versa. There is a light and dark spot on each side of the Yin Yang, opposite from the colour they are surrounded by. This means that if Light engulfs Dark, Dark will be able to balance itself out.

If the balance is broken, there is nothing. Our future would be futureless. The Yin Yang enforces that for as long as there is balance, existance will continue.

Good cannot exist without Evil but neither is 100% good or 100% evil. I like the Eastern Philosophies better than Western ones. They tend to make a bit more sense than anything that the Romans or Greeks came up with.

yes/no good/evil happy/sad etcetera...meaning an opposite to every idea, like/dislike same/different, -1 +1, zero/0/neutral an idea to get out of that philosophy, dark/light, attraction/repulsion, cause and effect also is an idea concept and discovery to go beyond the ying yang superstition. i had a hard time following hearing all the words he said anyways. darkness is absence of light not entirely and opposite yang. interesting ideas though.

Yang masculine. Outside of arms and legs, back. Parts visible on a four-legged animal walking are external, or yang.

Yin feminine, inside of arms and legs and belly and chest. Parts not visible on a four-legged animal walking. Fleshy parts of body.

Yin isn associated with mystical, god-like powers, yang is masculine, external power like muscle strength, speed, etc. The forces of evil deplete the yin parts of the body and understanding via circumcision, masturbation, science, surgery etc.
