guys i hear a lot of people say that Palmerston North is boring what do you think i mean do you really get bored there or there are some things or some cool places that never get you bored or whatever i mean i'm considering of studying there in about 6 months!!! so please give me your thoughts about it?

@THEROCK91L Some people will get bored at Disneyland - Palmy has loads of stuff to do especially if you're into outdoors stuff - surfing, skiing, mountain biking. Massey has something like 100 clubs so there's a endless choice:)

I love how they show you the food, but not the price....Being a uni student sucks cause the food will cause you to run out of money before you know it!

Please do reform the old main building. I know they had a leaking and drainage problem. It's a bit expensive to have lunch at canteen. U'll notice once u gets there.

Students shouldn't start packing till bell rings, especially info systems, and psychology classes. Show some manners, some people r still writing. However, I do respect some of nice lecturers. Media study was fun.

There are more bigger issues choking students out from study. Like tuition fees. They kept rising fees every year. Student allowance or loan doesnt supports enough. They could do something about that if they cut spending on others. And Parking problems and fines, they show no mercy. Text books r just damn expensive, and will lasts for only a year. Not worth it.

Hey I'm thinking of changing from Massy Albany to Palmi. Is there cool fun interesting stuff there?Is the uni social? It's pretty dead here in Albany. Not really a very social uni, palmi def has a ton more clubs than Albany.

Not many badass gangsters in universities huh? Mostly Nerds run the schools there. The badasses are the minorities once you enter university. Probably only 5-10 gangsters in each university? ratio for smart asses and bad asses is 1,000,000,000:1

Have to say, Massey PNth is a place i would go if I could turn back the clock. i studied there as an adult student (30ish) and it really is a great place. Lots to do, lots of different groups, hip cafe, 4-star accommodation.
