'Soldner-X: Himmelssturmer' is a worthy download from PSN. A very welcome break from all the fps style games out there! Slick graphics and sound; very challenging.

WOW! Just what I wanted at PS3! Great graphics, nice story (old school - Turrican type) and great gameplay! We need more platform shooters! No more 1st person ones! This 2D gameplay is way better than the 3D one! =)

@sonicspeed011 yeah just played TH12. Rally hard. But all the Cave shmups (DoDonPatchi, Mushihimesama, Death Smiles etc.) are also hard as hell.

It's from the Soldner-X soundtrack (available at Play-Asia's website). The track is called 'Lord of Wind', and plays during the 4th world boss fight with Windgeist.

great game def. worth the price.

Its much more fast paced and technical than gradius or R type, the gameplay is fast and furious and YOU WILL DIE A LOT.

Dont buy this amazing game if your a pussy, as it takes a lot of practice and memorization of the stages to play effectively. I cant get past the 2nd world and ive owned it for a week. Every time i play, i get higher and higher scores and make it further each time.

Definetely a hardcore game for the hardcore gamer.
