  • @junior2jnt Man, I know.. they are so sensitive

  • @junior2jnt LMAO.. nice, you guys dating?

  • @junior2jnt Female??

  • love your workouts but in reading Mike`s last book he was saying for upper body movements the rep range should be 6`-10 and lower body reps should be in the 10-20 range. How do you guys feel about this.

  • @dapride147 We tried both and I prefer the 6-10 actually

  • I do static holds about once a month, they can be very taxing and you need more rest after. Usually great for a sticking point.

  • Why dont u guys use static holds? at least on the isolation movements

  • @djpuplex It's funny you should say that..lol we were talking about that in our last workout. Do you think it would be more beneficial to do them in the 60 day workout or after? Thanks!!!

  • @buybulkwhey

I do your going from the "FULLY" contracted position where the muscle is fully engaged to the STRECHED / RELAXED where the muscle is not engaged.

Youll be able to use more (psrticularly uif your able to get assistance) and youll be able to focus on the contraction. The intensity will be higher so I would adjust recovery times. One thing I've tried with mixed results is using a EMS unit to bypass the contraction inhibitors that exist within the body.

Good Luck guys keep it up.

  • @djpuplex Sweet, great info and THANKS!!!

  • It looks like the intensity is down a little this week... Is there a reason you guys only did two bench reps or is it just because you added more weight

  • @dillonb91 It was down.. we probably could have taken another day of rest.. but yes, we both went up in weight

  • @dillonb91 Also don't forget that these are abbreviated videos and you unfortunately don't get to see everything that's going on. As the weights get heavier the workouts are more exhausting. Also We did two reps on the Incline press because the Mentzer Protocol suggest to use a weight heavy enough for 1 to 3 reps during the superset.

  • Good work again guys , both showing visible improvement in body composition.

Q; How do you find your strength levels on the compound movement of the pre-exhaust up/down ? I always found that as my strength and subsequent intensity of contraction increased on the isolation my strength decreased on the compound as a result of the induced fatigue. Keep up the good work , T.

  • @Cragails Thank you! We both find an increase in strength..hopefully it will continue. Cheers!

  • Heavy duty. Nice work guys!

  • @ShadoWGlideR1 Thanks We are tryin!!
