This is wonderful...Sigurd Olson is a north country treasure. I've spent some good times on trips deep into boundary waters territory, a few going in from Crane Lake all the way up into Lac Lacroix. Just got back from a trip up on Namakan - not quite boundary waters, but close enough to feel the magic. Thanks for the awesome recitation - think I'll listen one more time...
