Rick Perry is a murderer and he will answer to God for that. All of you bloodthirsty christian fanatics are just sick freaks who love to wallow in other peoples blood. You also will answer to God for your sick perversions.
I was in the courtroom for this trial, nothing was covered up. It all came out, this man was a monster. Nothing was botched. He was not grieving for his children. I back the verdict & he was guilty as sin. He was a monster. You all that do not believe this, I hope & pray that no one like this ever comes into your family or into your lives.
@missb926 That right there is all the "proof" everyone used to convict him as guilty. it is based purely on everyones oppinons because he "didn't grieve enough" or "he was a coward for not dieing in the fire with his children". just because he had a few heavy metal posters on his walls and he was a coward doesn't mean he started that fire. it was proven that it wasn't arson. the facts are: he didn't start that fire. and he didn't kill his children.
sure took cnn a long time to catch up with this, now stop gossiping and let us see the evidence that was presented , why is the public denied to see the evidence, comments that it doesnt smell right, michael jordan, real deal all catchy phrases and names let the public see the evidence that was presented thats the real deal
Jesus Christ, I wonder whats worse this or creating an executive order to vaccinate 12 year old girls from STDS....he makes George Bush look like George Washington.
Hello Anderson. There is one question I want to tell to you: Why is CNN the crime of murdering an innocent man reporting to the US. Now, years after the crime was commited by the state of Texas the citizen of the US are pretending that they are upset. I think people of the US are as stupid as an animal could not be.
And to Michael I want say: You said that there was a not right smell. I would say, that it stinks to heaven.

You must have ridden the short bus to school. One last time I'll say this;
"With or without the fire investigators testimony, there's not a citizen in Corsicana, TX that would have found Willingham not guilty of murdering his 3 baby girls".
You better get out the dictionary & look up some of the big words in my previous comments like; "There was no correlation implicated between the fire investigation and the aliens".
Look up "metaphor" & maybe you'll get it, but I doubt it.
The woman here is distorting the truth, none of the fire experts she cites declared the fire that killed those baby girls was accidental, what they said was, some of the indicators cited by the original investigators that were used to prove arson, were based on outdated science. The closest these investigators get to the story she's telling was to say, "the fire may even have been accidental" & don't forget, her experts never set foot at the scene of the fire, they relied on solely on pictures.
@qunniq Don't give a half a shit about Perry, but if you think these arm chair fire "scientists", thumbing through pictures and looking at shaky, camcorder video are the last word on what started this fire, guess again.
Try reading the trial transcripts, then tell me you still think our boy Todd didn't light up his 3 baby girls.
With or without the fire investigators testimony, there's not a citizen in Corsicana, TX that would have found Willingham not guilty.
@tripleJ1955 1 forensic arson investigator I heard DID say it was not arson. I heard him say this with my own ears. Willingham was executed on testimony of a small town fireman with outdated training on arson.
@k3w1b3an5 I've heard people say they've been abducted by aliens, but I don't always believe something just because my "own ears" heard it.
Besides, like in my response to "qunniq", with or without the fire investigators testimony, there's not a citizen in Corsicana, TX that would have found Willingham not guilty.
@tripleJ1955 that's a stupid analogy of comparing an alien abduction to tested and proven scientific studies. 7 Forensic scientists opinion is far beyond reasonable doubt.
@k3w1b3an5 You 're a little slow on the uptake aren't ya. There was no correlation implicated between the fire investigation and the aliens, the implication was, hearing a statement does not automatically make it factual.. "Everything documented post-fire was just as consistent with an accidental fire as an intentional fire," said John DeHaan , author of "Kirk's Fire Investigation," a widely used textbook. If you think he's saying it couldn't be arson, you're lacking in comprehension .
@tripleJ1955 It WAS a direct correlation and an idiotic statement you made. He was convicted because unqualified arson investigators said IT WAS arson. So if you believe what John DeHaan is true, and you believe it's still ok to execute a man on eveidence that is no more reliable than flipping a coin (50-50 chance he did it) then you are you ignorant red neck. Now go brush your tooth.
@ParapaDrifter No hypocrisy here. When I stated "there's not a citizen in Corsicana, TX that would have found Willingham not guilty." , it was a generalized statement based on several interviews of Corsicana citizens and was not stated as fact. k3w1b3an5 indicated that "1 forensic arson investigator I heard DID say it was not arson" was a factual statement, because he heard it with his "own ears", provoked the "I don't always believe something just because my "own ears" heard it." reply.
Trying to cover it up? I think I'm going to puke..... another republican asshole playing god with their holier than thou rhetorical propaganda. What a shame that the governors ego is so big....................:'(
WOW. just plain wow. the second case along with the norfolk 4 i watched recently where, clearly, the true criminals are the ones being paid by the state.
@Momsincharge hell yes shame on them .. but that wont bring this poor man back .. death penalty should only be used if the state is 1500000% sure the person/persons are guilty .. apparently Texas lacked this
I will not stand in judgment .. but you are more than welcome to do so. Perry has sinned and Willingham has sinned just like every person that has walked this earth ( unlike Jesus or Hewbrew -Yeshua). But the death charge was not for past sin but the charge of Arson which is the crime of deliberately and maliciously setting fire to structures.
cont...Which later the investg found arson was not the case. I do think that the Gov. needs to answer for his action and poor choice to remove members of the commission. I hope he does not win another term in office. We need new blood and a new way of thinking.. it is time for a new face of Texas. We need to remove this old Good old Party system. Stuff it Kill it. There is nothing conservative about the lack of good sound judgment on Perrys Part. Such dishonor to the name of Texas. :(

I'm sure that the accused didn't get a fair trial. Which is why it is too late to rectify the situation now that he is dead.
In fact similar cases in the UK led to the abolition of the death penalty.
One was Timothy Evans hanged for killing his wife and son. He was granted a posthumous pardon as the murderer was John Christie, a serial killer.
