I'm not sure why some are so up and arms about how the album version is so different. It's really not all that different but with a few minor changes here and there. This clip sounds like an early demo and is a more playful one since they knew it wasn't the official release yet. I'm sure Bono will also change the song around like they did do on this clip once they've played it a lot into their up coming tour.

i have the whole album now in perfect quality on my IPOD, and i agree that this is a great song. Between Breathe and Unknown caller I'd have to give a slight edge to Unknown Caller. In my opinion it stands right next to their other greats like streets, sunday, one, etc. And im not just saying that as a knee jerk reaction. Its an amazing track. The Edge is awesome in the whole album.

No it's actually pretty easy to hear. Of course the idiots in the background throwing rocks into the ocean or whatever the hell they are doing can get annoying. But this song is fairly easy to make out through this audio clip. It sounds really good. If you can't hear the lyrics you can at least hear the rythm, and the rythm in this song is great.

Youre right, this is a different edit than the one that is actually on the album (judging from the 30 second clip recently leaked accidentally by Walmart). This must have been an earlier edit of it.

Four years ago, this same "spy" recorded bits of "Vertigo" and "All Because of You" the same way (they chatted over those clips too), and I remember that the clip for "All Because of You" sounded alot more raw and U2-ish than the overproduced version that they eventually included on the album.
