custom headers? I heard on some headers you can just reverse the side you mount them on and use them that way! Interesting idea. Must be nice having all that room for piping and such haha. :) specially with the small dimensions of a 302.
those ebay turbos are welll worth the money, plus if your doing a custom kit on a car, and you screw something up, you only loose 300$ compared to a 1500$ turbonetics. i built my car with a ebay turbo, gonna run it till it blows, and buy a turbonetics preciscion.
That's pretty nice, but turbos on american v8's just seems a little out of place, that's just my preference though, i prefer the whine and intant power of a suprchrd engine
Giger, call me stupid.. but I am pretty sure thats Fuel injected.. And it doesnt look to be set up to boost yet.. seeing how the compressor housing is not even ON the turbo.
Looks like a gas sorry (PROPANE TO YOU YANKS)Reasearch set up to me and no shit its not hooked up yet, but that doesent change the fact that its GOING TO BE blown through the GRA carby....And is most likely hooked up by now.....
Hmm.. Never seen anyone do a turbo/propane setup up here. Looked like a throttle body to me. I didnt see the usage regulator. Very sweet truck though.
I must be blind... and forgive my ignorance, but isn't that the throttle body on the pass side with no hose hooked upto it? I uh.... hmmm... educate me please? I'm used to seeing the multi runner shared plenum setups on the 302, like the mustangs and vics... or the setups like the dual snorkel truck setups. I see the adapter to the 4 barrel manifold...
So the air is being forced i where? I'm still not seeing the pipe from the turbo to the throttle body... that was my main ?. I know the clevelands were never EFI factory. It looks like a nice setup and the single plane should be perfect for forced induction.
@sweddehli 351 cleveland heads will fit a 302 block, if i am mistaken the Boss 302 motor was similar in that it was a 302 with cleveland heads. idk how accurate that info is, but i am sure some troll will flame me for my unclear info.
where do you find the turbo headers neone please

They never made a 302 cleveland. They made a 351 C , but no 302C

the oil line is clearly connected. Its been fine for a nearly 2 years, not bad for a $400 ebay DAF truck gt42.

its a 302 cleveland, they never came with efi manifold's like windsors. its just a aftermarket single plane manifold with a gra s440 lpg setup.
